Terms of Service

The short version

InstaGivePicker is a small independent tool that helps creators pick a random winner from the comments on a giveaway post. The free tier allows limited daily usage. Paid packs unlock larger draws, multi-winner support, and additional filters. If the tool doesn't work for you and you paid, we'll refund you — just email. We aren't affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

What the service does

You paste the URL of an Instagram giveaway post you want to draw from. We assemble the eligible entries and let you apply rules (deduplicate by username, exclude the post owner, require keywords, block specific usernames). You click Pick Winner and the tool selects randomly using cryptographic randomness in your browser. We never ask for your Instagram login or any account credentials.

Free tier

The free tier allows one winner pick every 24 hours on posts up to a default entry cap. It's provided as a way to try the tool and run small contests. Attempts to bypass the daily limit or circumvent service controls are not acceptable use (see below) and may result in your access being blocked.

Paid packs

We sell one-time giveaway credits:

• 15 giveaways for $4.99 (~$0.33 each)
• 30 giveaways for $7.99 (~$0.27 each)

Each credit unlocks one full giveaway draw with larger entry limits, multi-winner support, and the complete filter set. Credits never expire and don't auto-renew. There is no subscription of any kind on the site.

Payments are processed by Ko-fi using PayPal. Your card and account credentials stay with PayPal — we never see them. After purchase, you'll get a Ko-fi receipt email; enter that email on our redeem page to activate your credits.

Refund policy

If the tool didn't work for you and you paid, we'll refund you. Email [email protected] with the Ko-fi receipt email you used and a brief note about what went wrong. We'll send your money back through whichever method works for you — PayPal refund, Ko-fi reversal, or a direct return.

No time window, no fine print, no qualifying-reason checklist. Filing a PayPal dispute also works and we won't fight it. Email is just usually faster.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the tool to harass, dox, or coordinate attacks against individual commenters.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, automate access, or interfere with service controls.
• Resell access to the service or operate it on behalf of others as a paid offering.
• Use the tool to violate Instagram's own terms or any laws around contests, sweepstakes, gambling, prizes, or consumer protection in your jurisdiction.

We can refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is abusing the tool.

Your giveaway, your responsibility

We pick a random winner from the entries you submit. We don't verify whether your giveaway complies with Instagram's promotion guidelines, local sweepstakes laws, age restrictions, tax obligations, or any other applicable rules. You're running the contest; the picker is just a fair randomizer.

Service availability

The tool is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uptime, don't offer SLAs, and reserve the right to change features as the platforms we rely on evolve. The free tier is provided as-is. For paid users, the refund policy above covers situations where the tool genuinely fails you.

InstaGivePicker is an independent project. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Instagram, Meta, or any of their subsidiaries. “Instagram” is a trademark of Instagram, LLC.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for anything related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (which is zero for free-tier usage). We are not liable for the outcome of your giveaway, for prize delivery, or for any decision made based on the result of a draw.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top updates. Material changes will be noted at the bottom of this page.
